Walking into a new gym can feel intimidating—we get it. Our goal is to make your first experience simple, comfortable, and actually enjoyable.
Here’s exactly what to expect:
STEP 1: REACH OUT
Click the GET STARTED button and fill out a quick form which helps us to learn a little about you — your goals, your background, and injuries or concerns.
STEP 2: SCHEDULE YOUR FIRST SESSION
We’ll set you up with your first group session at a time that works for you.
No long-term commitment. No pressure. Just a chance to experience what we do.
STEP 3: SHOW UP (We’ll take it from there)
When you walk in, you won’t feel lost.

-A coach will guide you through each movement
STEP 4: TRAIN SMART
Every workout is designed with injury prevention and long-term progress in mind.
We’ll help you:

After your first week, we’ll help you decide what makes the most sense moving forward.
